The XOGO Patella Support is easy to fit. Simply straighten your Leg / Knee with your foot face down. Position the round padded area onto the top protruding bone just below patella bone on the knee tendons. Wrap the strap around and tighten until firm but comfortable. Then secure the Velcro.
